REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS/CANCELLATIONS


I can cancel an order as long as it has not yet shipped. I usually try to get orders out fast, so email me with the order number as soon as you decide to cancel your order! 

If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, I can offer a refund of the order minus the shipping fee upon safe return of the merchandise.

I can refund items as long as they are returned in new condition and sealed in the original packaging (if applicable). Returns will not be accepted for items that are dirty, broken, open, or damaged.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email me photos of the issue along with your order number, and I’ll work something out.

Refunds and replacements for lost or damaged orders can be set up within 30 days months from the order date. After 30 days, an order is no longer eligible for a refund or a replacement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING 

Bags of Shit are shipped with USPS via envelope and do not include tracking.

International orders can take up to a few weeks. 

Everything else is shipped through USPS Standard Shipping and includes a tracking number. USPS is slower than it used to be, and sometimes can take up to 10 days to reach you. If your order has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time, please contact me and we’ll figure something out.

WHERE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Everything sucks right now and the only product I can ship internationally from the U.S. without pulling the remaining small amount of my hair out is BAG OF SHITS, because they are sent in an envelope with a simple international stamp.

It is my sincere hope that someday soon I can ship with confidence again, but as it stands shipping internationally presents too much cost and difficulties for me to deal with right now.
